Nets on our repeaters

The VOI has a weekly net that occurs on Thursdays at 8:00 PM local time on these repeaters:

146.840 MHz -0.6 MHz offset 100Hz PL tone
444.900 MHz +5.0 MHz offset 100Hz PL tone
146.620 MHz -0.6 MHz offset 100Hz PL tone
146.700 MHz -0.6MHz offset 100Hz PL tone

The VOI weekly net is an open net and all licensed amateur radio operators are welcome. If you have interest in being the Net Control Station for the VOI weekly net, please contact the VOI board.

There is also the independent Over the Hill Commute Group Net meets every weekday at 7:10 PM local time on the VOI 147.240 MHz repeater. This is an open net and all licensed amateur radio operators are welcome. The purpose of this net is to allow operators who may be at home or on their morning commute to share the current status of their morning.

An informal “anything goes” net occurs every Saturday night at 7:00 PM local time on the following repeaters:

146.700 MHz -0.6MHz offset 100Hz PL tone

The purpose of this net is to allow operators to ask questions and receive advice about anything related to electronics, ham radio, portable radio operations and other things of that sort. This is an open net and all licensed amateur radio operators are welcome.
